Text Messaging (SMS) Program
Agave Wealth Advisors, LLC may offer an SMS text messaging program to communicate directly with our existing clients regarding their accounts, appointments, and service-related matters. This program is used solely for client servicing communications and does not involve marketing or promotional messaging.
- By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive service-related text messages from us.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for assistance.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
- This restriction is absolute: text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party for any purpose, including where you have otherwise consented to sharing of your personal information under this policy.
- Carrier fees, delays, or message delivery issues are outside of our control, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cookies and Website Technologies
Our website loads typefaces from Google Fonts, a third-party font service.
